For over 35 years The Cvikota Company and The Billing Pros has been helping health providers collect more of what they earn. They offer many products and services to healthcare providers for accounts receivable management, medical coding, and medical billing.

Site Purpose:
The Billing Pros has a solid client base that they wanted to offer more online benefits to. The recent site revision redesigned the look of the site but more importantly gave them the ability to offer secure reporting online to their clients. There are also many communication tools for clients and employees, including message boards between The Billing Pros and clients (per client for security purposes), news, online access of software manuals, editable links for resources, calendars, and other features which are all administered by The Billing Pros staff.

Benefits:
The secure client reports were a huge benefit in this site revision. The ability to access these reports online in a secure environment saved postage, insured speedy delivery, and access 24/7 for their clients - an important benefit.

Instituting a custom message board per client insured good documentation of request/fulfillment for clients, as well gave them a knowledgebase of information for future use. Updateable calendars and news pages were also a nice benefit. The administrator of the web site could help their clients be informed of various issues in the industry.
