How do I pay my Webteam invoices online?
In order to pay your invoices online you will first need to set up an account by calling our La Crosse office at 608-788-8100 or 866-788-0023. When your account is set up you can access your invoice information by logging into the 'client login' on the website. After login click the 'Online Bill Pay' link for your account information
Is online bill pay secure?
Yes it is. All information is accessed via your account login only, and a secure certificate (SSL) protects your credit card information. Please click here for more information about SSL security
Is there a fee to pay my bill online?
No, there is no additional fee to pay online
Can I access my invoices and account information online, but still send a check payment?
Yes you can - invoices are viewable and printable in the Online Bill Pay area.
Can I print my invoices from the online bill pay system?
Yes you can. Just login, click to view your open invoices, and click the 'print' button on the invoice page.
What the heck does 'going green' mean anyway?
At Webteam we would like to cut the use of paper, and our goal is to have all customers accessing their invoices online by 2010. If we have clients that prefer mailed invoices we will continue mailing, but we think this is a more efficient and environmentally friendly way!
What type of account can i use to pay online?
Payment can be made by using a Credit Card or accessing your Paypal account. The following credit cards are acceptable using the 'pay via credit card' option: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex
When will my online account reflect my payment?
Your payment will not be reflected in your online account for at least 48 hours. If there are changes in your account balance because of billing or payments, you will recieve an email notification stating that there has been a change in your account information. You can log in and view your changes.
Why am I receiving email notifications stating 'There have been changes in your account'?
Whenever there is a change to your account such as an invoice created or payment posted to your account, an email notification will be sent to you.
